Maria has a vast and broad experience of advising both Swedish and international clients active in a variety of sectors. Her particular focus lies on international corporate taxation and various group taxation issues such as tax compliance and consolidation, withholding tax issues/credit of foreign tax, restructurings within Sweden and cross-border, new establishments and refinancing. In addition, Maria represents clients in tax audits and tax litigations.. Maria is also part of the team behind Sustainable Tax, our business area within sustainability, tax and financial reporting.
