Linda works with both individual/owner taxation as well as corporate tax issues – from a national but also an international tax perspective. Linda has a particular focus on owner-managed companies and the rules for closely held companies. Typical engagements include advising on ownership structures/restructuring, changes in ownership/succession planning, tax calculations and tax returns, acquisition or sale of companies and assets, raising new capital and investments, as well as general corporate tax matters. In addition to tax law, Linda has experience in company law matters such as mergers, issue of shares, value transfers, and capital deficiencies.
